New MEGWARE Compute Cluster is put into operation at TU Freiberg

The new MEGWARE Compute Cluster at TU Bergakademie Freiberg is now officially inaugurated. The program for the ceremony consisted of a series of scientific lectures and the visit of the Compute Cluster. Equipped i.a. with 96 MEGWARE Compute-Nodes (192 Intel Xeon Gold 6248 Processors), Panasas Storage Solution and Intel Omni-Path Fabric, TU Freiberg has now access to a powerful HPC cluster system for scientific research.
