5 MEGWARE Systems in the Top500

We are proud to announce that 5 of our currently installed High Performance Supercomputer belong to the 500 most powerful non-distributed computer systems in the world (June 2022 | Top500). In addition to HSU, TU Darmstadt and TU Vienna, FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg achieved two top rankings with its new NHR supercomputer consisting of "Fritz" and "Alex". The GPU Cluster Alex ranks 184th in the Top 500 as well as 16th in the Green500 and is thus currently the most energy-efficient HPC system in Germany.
