Our new video of HSUper is out now and we are especially pleased to show you this time a container-based HPC solution – designed and implemented by MEGWARE.
The HSUper at HSU in Hamburg convinces with 581 compute nodes and 3.21 PFlop/s and achieved worldwide rank 339 in the current Top 500 list (Nov 22), in Germany even rank 28.
The hot water cooled system impresses with high energy efficiency and will provide heat for laboratories and offices in the future. Due to the existing space problem as well as to ensure high efficient direct liquid cooling, the system was installed in a container-based HPC data center, allowing a very fast implementation without long construction.
