ETP4HPC held its third General Assembly

The Chairman presented an update on its activities and the full members of ETP4HPC elected a new Steering Board, which will govern the association until the next elections in the first quarter of 2018. MEGWARE was once again elected as a SME member of the Steering Board.

The General Assembly was followed by an international workshop, which took place in the second half of the program. This brought together the organizations representing the three pillars of European HPC: PRACE, as well as the FETHPC projects and the Centres of Excellence. The objective of the event was to begin the process of synchronizing the activities of the entire European Eco-system by presenting the work of all the projects and organizations involved. EXDCI will continue to facilitate this coordination process, a process in which ETP4HPC will participate.
